Sofa and Love Seat that were extremely poor quality - Baldwin sofa and Baldwin love seat
Helen Weeks, the founder should be ashamed of the poor quality of their sofas and love seats that they sell, and even more ashamed of their client service.
We purchased a Baldwin sofa and Baldwin on 9/7/10 for $2,474.93. The support frame and support springs fell apart.
After much complaining they were replaced in July 2012.
The same thing occurred with the replacement items and had to stuff the sofa with bed pillows so we would not hurt our backs.
We asked for a refund or replacement or refund on 4/15/14. A Ms Tuttle of Ballards said on 5/28/14 said that they would do neither.
Being over 65 years old-- this company takes advantage of seniors!
Do not buy their products!
